Richard Guerin, President & CEO, CareAnyware, Inc.

Mr. Guerin previously founded EHC Technologies, Inc. and led the Bristol-Myers Squibb Home Health Care division. He also held positions with IBM and ROLM in Business Planning and Finance. Mr. Guerin is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the Harvard Business School.

Norman M. Hinerfeld, Chairman, CareAnyware, Inc.

Mr. Hinerfeld is Chairman & CEO of The Delta Group, a private investment company. He is also Secretary-Treasurer of Thermacon Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of equipment for the petrochemical and wastewater treatment industries. Mr. Hinerfeld was former President and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kayser-Roth Corporation, a billion dollar apparel and textile company. He was a past Chairman of the American Arbitration Association as well as past Member of the Board of Overseers of the NYU Stern School of Business Administration. Mr. Hinerfeld is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Business School.

Kathleen Dodd, RN, Founder & CEO, The Corridor Group

Ms. Dodd is Founder & CEO of the Corridor Group, a leading consulting organization in the home care industry. She has more than 25 years experience in the healthcare industry and is nationally recognized for her expertise in the home care arena. Throughout her career, Ms. Dodd has established successful home health programs for two hospital systems and served as National Director of Home Care Operations for a national provider of home health. She served a six-year term on the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization’s (JCAHO) Technical Advisory Committee as well as a four-year term on the National Association of Home Care’s (NAHC) board as the Regional Representative.

Mark Decker, Chief Technology Officer, CareAnyware, Inc.

Previously, Mr. Decker served as the chief architect for EHC Technologies, Inc. He also managed large-scale software development at Nortel and held the position of President for Gray Matter Software. Mr. Decker is a graduate of North Carolina State University.

Kevin Ooley, Senior Advisor, Lovett Miller & Co.

Mr. Ooley is a Senior Advisor for Lovett Miller & Co., is CFO of Thompson Publishing, Inc., and is on the Board of Directors for RxStrategies. He joined Lovett Miller & Co. as Vice-President in 2001 and was promoted to Principal in 2005. Prior to joining Lovett Miller & Co., Mr. Ooley spent eight years in Management and Technology Consulting advising Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies. He served as Director of Strategy for iXL Enterprises and as Manager then Business Process Consultant with Accenture Strategic Services. While working with Accenture Strategic Services, Mr. Ooley implemented enterprise-wide information systems. He earned a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he graduated first in his class and was elected to Tau Beta Pi. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University where he graduated as a Fuqua Scholar and was awarded a Fuqua Fellow Scholarship.
