Communicate Enhancement to Improve Efficiency, Communication
To help our hospice and home health software customers identify staff who use Communicate on a mobile device, we now indicate mobile Communicate users in the recipients list and the recipients search. The indication is visible in all Communicate access: Front Office (AFO) and mobile (smartphone):
- A black mobile icon is displayed to the left of the recipient name if s/he has logged into mobile Communicate in the last 30 days.
- Users who have signed into mobile Communicate at least once, but not within the last 30 days, have a grey mobile icon to the left of their name.
- Users that have never signed into mobile Communicate have no mobile icon next to their name.
